Workday Integration Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Integration Developer at the Senior level to join our dynamic team. This hybrid position can be located in NS, NB, PEI or NFLD (office coming soon). Your future duties and responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy complex Workday integrations
• Lead architecture decisions and establish integration standards
• Mentor junior developers and review technical deliverables
• Drive strategic technical discussions with stakeholders
• Oversee integration troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Lead technical documentation and change management processes

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role We have 2 opportunities for Workday Integration Developers, one for the HCM module and another for the FIN module. Your resume should clearly identify which module(s) you have experience doing integration development work for.

• 7+ years' Workday HCM and/or FIN integration development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in: EIB, Connectors, Document Transformations, Workday Studio, Custom reports, Calculation Fields, BIRT
• Advanced XML, XSLT, web services, SOAP & REST API expertise
• Proven experience leading technical teams
• Deep understanding of HR or financial business processes
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
