Title: Sales Coordinator (New Home Sales) Location: Edmonton Regional Office, 3203 93rd Street NW At StreetSide, our people make the difference. Job Overview Reporting to the Director, Sales and Marketing, as the Sales Coordinator you will provide support to the Sales department and facilitate the sales process. You also handle administration, data management and reporting associated with presales and sold showhomes. Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing and processing sales or change requests, ensuring accuracy of information. Circulating documents to the relevant parties and following up to close deals.
  • Verifying and managing Sales team payroll in coordination with the Office Manager.
  • Maintaining and updating model prices and schedules in system.
  • Liaising with Realtor Partners, managing listings, and updating with changes as needed.
  • Assisting the Office Manager with turnover schedules, possession letters and closing packages.
  • Performing quality checks on information in system such as deposits, contingency information, addendums and submission of complete packages.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Estimating, Design and Construction departments to complete change orders and ensure timely execution of change requests.
  • Coordinating with Sales team to resolve client concerns for designs, estimating and suppliers.
  • Uploading all relevant information into SharePoint and other programs as assigned.
  • Managing lot developer promotions and processing mortgage approvals.
  • Analyzing survey submissions and generating reports accordingly.

Essential Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint), ERP software (NewStar Sales or similar) and estimating system (BuildPro or similar).
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the New Home Sales industry is preferred.

Work Conditions You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
