The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Responsible for managing daily project-related tasks, SPOC for the local organisation (Country HR Head, BPs, Finance, HR, Payroll, ATT Leads). Manage RAID logs, Steering Committee meetings, vendor management, local contracts etc. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and experience in managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, update and report on project plans and activity schedules and communicate the project status, successes, issues to stakeholders, program manager and the steering committee
- Manage delivery of the ATT Transformation project in the assigned country with a particular focus on centralizing, streamlining and simplifying processes and technology
- Manage the performance of all the resources in the project team. This includes delivery from external stakeholder such as vendors, IT and local colleagues
- Work with Regional CCM&T SME and support from Global Program team lead on cascading the communication and change management initiatives to all key stakeholders and to project steering committee
- Manage and report all project risks and issues (RACI).
- Ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with Finance partners and other related functions on project planning & forecasting as needed
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- French and English speaker
- Minimum 10 Years of Project Manager experience in HR Transformation Projects (including Absence and Time Tracking Technology changes)
- Functional Absence and Time Tracking Workday and/or SAP HR knowledge
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Expert communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation
- Proficient with MS Office – MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint in particular
- Ability to influence cross geography teams and achieve cross divisional alignment
- Knowledge and experience in applying key HR and human capital concepts in prior projects (nice to have)
- Ability to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to effectively work in a highly-matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across
