We are hiring this candidate on behalf of our client in the education industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets. This role involves making cold calls, engaging with prospective students, training staff, handling complaints, and organizing events to promote college programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Make cold calls to generate interest and sign-up 30-40 new students per week.
2. Engage with prospective students and handle complaints efficiently.
3. Drive institutional growth through strong sales strategies.
4. Organize and attend various events to promote college programs.
5. Train and develop staff to foster an environment of continuous learning.
6. Carry out guided tours of the campus with students
