• Valid PROSCI Organizational Change (OCM) certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
• 8 years' experience as a Project Manager directly managing the delivery of a project or a programme of projects. Experience should include defining the project's deliverables, creating and managing the project plan and budget, and managing the day-to-day activities of the project team. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the projects or work that total at least 8 years.
• 5 years' experience as a Project Manager implementing business process transformation projects in a health care environment. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that total at least 5 years.
• 3 years' experience writing or developing curriculum for training and teaching in a healthcare environment - training either in business processes or new systems. Please provide at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
• 5 years' experience in a lead role on a project involved in the planning, coordinating, and managing of organizational change management (OCM) activities, using the PROSCI methodology. The response should include at least 2 examples from a healthcare environment including duration of the project or work. The total of all examples should account for the requested 5 years minimum experience. Please describe how the PROSCI methodology was utilized.
• 2 years' experience implementing the Allscripts or Altera suite of healthcare information systems in an acute care setting. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 2 years.
• 1 year of experience implementing transformative projects involving emergency medical and paramedic services. Activities should include defining target state operating models and planning activities to transition the business to the new operating models. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 1 year.
