• Valid PROSCI Organizational Change Management. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
• Valid ITIL v3 Foundations. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
• 10 years' experience working with stakeholders in a healthcare environment to implement changes to clinical workflow. Examples should include implementation and training of business process changes. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. The response should include specific details of work performed.
• 5 years' experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements and develop them into specifications or business process solutions. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 5 years' experience providing direct patient care. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 5 years' experience implementing Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) in an acute care setting. Experience should include analyzing and developing clinical workflows. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 3 years' experience implementing the Allscripts or Altera suite of products in an acute care setting. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 5 years' experience leading healthcare staff in redesigning clinical processes to improve efficiency and patient care in conjunction with the implementation of a clinical information system. The Response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. Examples should include specific details relating to modelling and analyzing clinical workflows.
• 3 years' experience working with the Allscripts or Altera suite of products while providing direct patient care in a healthcare environment. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
