Job DescriptionRESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHC The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. The RI-MUHC is supported in part by the Fonds de recherche du Québec - Santé (FRQS). Position Summary We are seeking a candidate for a Knowledge Mobilization Coordinator position within the Transforming Autism Care Consortium (TACC), located at the Neuro. TACC is a collaborative research network supported by the FRQ and philanthropy. The network connects and mobilizes Quebec’s strengths in autism research to improve quality of life of autistic individuals, individuals with related neurodevelopmental conditions and their family by integrating knowledge into practice and policy. Research projects connected through this network include a variety of topics ranging from biomarker discovery, community engagement, and clinical capacity building for the diagnosis and management of autism across the lifespan. In collaboration with the TACC team, the incumbent will carry out tasks related knowledge transfer and mobilization activities for the network. In particular, the candidate will coordinate the network’s upcoming thematic campaigns, which will consist of a series of activities, including knowledge synthesis, environmental mapping, and events bringing together different perspectives and audiences (e.g. roundtables, panels, café scientifique, etc). General Duties
- Coordinate campaign activities to ensure its timely completion,
- Coordinate campaign workgroups, including managing agenda preparation, calendar invites and zoom links,
- Plan knowledge mobilization in person and online events in collaboration with TACC team members,
- Coordinate and support knowledge synthesis activities in collaboration with TACC researchers and students,
- Propose, develop and implement tools and indicators for knowledge mobilization activities,
- Work with the TACC Communications and Engagement Lead to prepare documentation for the campaign and other activities, including writing event programs and descriptions,
- Assist in partnership development for the network (organize partnership meetings and ensure effective follow-ups, liaise with partners/collaborators, identify new partnership opportunities and collaborate with internal team to ensure partnership objectives are met),
- Contribute to scientific communications, grant and proposal writing,
- Provide regular updates and recommendation to the TACC Directors and Team,
- Assist and support other TACC activities, as needed.

Additional information Status: Temporary, full time (35-hour workweek) Pay Scale: Commensurate with education and work experience. $40,531.40 - $60,824.40.
