Senior SAP QA/Case Resolution Analyst

Our client is searching for a Senior SAP QA/Case Resolution Analyst to join their team. This role is responsible for the analysis and resolution of exceptional cases, using multiple systems and tracking mechanisms to complete the work. A successful candidate will take initiative and ownership over their work and focus on continuous improvement and ability to adapt to change. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

• Analyze SAP BPEM exception to determine required corrective action using the proprietary AMI Head End system
• Resolve SAP BPEM cases assigned
• Analyze data issues within the proprietary AMI Head End system and provide recommendations for resolution and complete the resolution
• Document results of the analysis completed, and corrective actions taken
• Other analysis and documentation as assigned by the Project Manager

Your strengths include:

• Diploma or Degree in Computing Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems
• 7+ years of experience in information technology
• 5+ years of experience in a senior CIS testing role of a complex software implementation
• Experience with testing methodologies, such as Migration Testing, IST, Automated Testing, Mock Go-Live etc.
• Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Stronger written and verbal communication skills amongst IT analysts and business user audiences
• Ability to concurrently manage multiple assignments and deliverables
• Experience with testing SAP ISU software is an asset
• Experience with an AMI Head End System, preferably Landis+Gry’s Command Center is an asset
• Experience with JIRA is preferred
