Our client is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist & Brand Communications Lead to join their team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and brand communications plans. A successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Guide the creation of high-quality, consistent and engaging content across all platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to enhance brand visibility and equity
- Lead the company’s ambassador and influencer programs, driving authentic partnerships
- Identify and implement tools, automation platforms, and workflows to increase efficiency
- Spearhead the integration of advanced technologies, such as AI and CRM enhancements
- Create, execute, and manage a strategic social media marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive growth
- Manage content calendars for multiple brands
- Develop marketing collateral for social media, websites, blogs, and digital ads
- Lead targeted and sales campaigns through email, ads, and social media
- Oversee the company’s ambassador program and partnerships with influencers or complementary brands
- Generate, edit and publish daily content (text, images, video) to build meaningful connections
- Collaborate with the web and graphic design teams to create compelling content
- Measure, analyze, and report marketing performance to ensure ROI
Your strengths include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand communication
- Proven experience in digital marketing and brand communications
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management software
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and brand communication projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
