Note that this is a temporary full time position for a period of 18 months for a maternity leave replacement. Your Daily Adventures

• Drive strategic talent attraction and sourcing plans to land top talent that will support Psycho Bunny’s growth
• Elevate our employer brand, showcasing our culture and values to attract and retain the best
• Deliver high-impact recruitment initiatives that drive results and optimize the candidate experience
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and provide expert talent acquisition guidance
• Craft seamless and engaging candidate experiences that leave a lasting impression
• Leverage social media, job boards, and other channels to amplify our employer brand and job openings
• Analyze and optimize recruitment metrics to inform data-driven talent acquisition strategies
• Collaborate on innovative talent attraction initiatives that drive business results and growth

Your Toolkit

• Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a strong background in strategic sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
• 5+ years of experience in a corporate recruitment role, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent ideally in the fashion industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and drive business outcomes
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and social media platforms, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance the candidate experience
• A passion for innovative recruitment strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Fully bilingual (English-French) with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
