Job Description

In this position, the incumbent will be responsible for the company's corporate solutions. This key role involves aligning IT solutions with the needs of Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Procurement, Legal and Communications. The incumbent will lead a team to ensure the implementation, integration and continuous improvement of corporate systems including SAP (FICO, MM, HR-Payroll).

Responsabilities :

  • Develops and maintains partnership relationships with internal, business and IT collaborators. Plays a strategic role in influencing leaders and executives within business lines and IT management. Ensures that he/she understands and anticipates the business needs of the business units.
  • Leads and coaches a high-performance team of SAP functional and technical experts in the FICO, MM and HR-Payroll modules, while overseeing the configuration, customization and maintenance of these modules.
  • Provides user support for the technology platforms under its responsibility.
  • Participates in planning and supervising the delivery of projects related to its application portfolio, ensuring compliance with schedules, costs and quality.
  • Plans, prepares and monitors budgets for activities under his/her responsibility, and carries out the preparatory work required for budget presentation.
  • Ensures technological monitoring to propose innovations and continuous improvements.
  • Manages relationships with suppliers and business solutions partners.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science, Administration/Finance or another relevant field.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience, including 10 in SAP FICO, MM and HR Payroll modules
  • Knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA environment and cloud solutions would be an asset.
  • Excellent customer awareness.
  • Oral and written fluency in French and English *

Additional Information

*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
