- Must develop, test and implement program code, object segments in accordance with the clients design conventions
- Gather and analyze data by monitoring application performance. The performance data will establish a baseline to establish the technical and economic feasibility of proposed computer systems
- Develop, test and implement sub-systems of larger systems that share existing program code and class structures
- Monitor application performance against established performance baselines, noticing trends, using online statistical and automated tools and client feedback in order to plan for and anticipate application growth
- Any other Programmer Analyst related tasks requested by the client to support operations
Qualifications
- Have a College/CEGEP diploma or University degree
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience as a Programmer/Analyst
- Experience developing MCSC HRMS software applications within the past 4 years (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years experience within the past 5 years
- in C++ using MS Visual Studio for application development.
- in Oracle PL SQL for application development
- developing (10,000 users with 1000+ concurrent users) HRMS applications
- programming using 2 tier Oracle broker technology
- of data modelling
- of data integration using SQL Navigator
- Experience developing HRMS applications
- Able to obtain and maintain a government secret clearance and a controlled goods certification
